The one refuge (staffed mountain hut) and two gîtes (hostels in the country side with road access) will allow you to travel without camping equipment along the route should you choose to as you will receive a friendly welcome, bed and cooked food at the refuge and gîtes. You will be provided with matresses and for sleeping (we advise you to bring your own sleeping bag and bath towel).
For all the accommodations, you can choose to lodge in regime of half or full board (you will find the prices directy on their websites). Prices for full board and half board are below, please check the website to clarify what each entitles you to. Take-away picnics can be prepared on demand.
Be careful, it is not possible to pay with a bank card at the establishments so bring cash!
Gîte d’Eylie (1000 m altitude)
Elsa will prepare you a warm welcome in their 18 beds dorms, open all year. A small exhibition on the valley’s mines is presented there.

This mountain refuge contains 52 beds and is open from June to September (May and October
depending on conditions) by Anoura and his faithful team.

Relais Montagnard Bonac (720 m altitude)
This little gite is run by a young, dynamic and committed team that will give you a warm welcome and make you live an experience not exactly as others. 25 beds in dorms and private rooms (1 double room available) wait for you from March to December.
